A Nautical and Beaching Paradise

Cotuit Skiff

Cotuit is a water paradise with its own beaches and an incredibly rich weave of sheltered bays and coves. It is home to Cotuit Bay which connects to North Bay, West Bay (Osterville), and Nantucket Sound.

We will arrange sailing excursions and fishing trips with boat captains we know personally.

The area is famous for its steady southwest sea breezes, great for dependable, robust, and relaxing sailing.

We are home to Cotuit Skiffs, our own famous one-design sail boat (pictured above), and various sailing, boating and kayaking activities, standup paddle boards, tours, and rentals are availble all over the Cape.

Local captains can introduce you to the Cape famous striper and blue fish action, or you can toss a baited line for a fine tussle with local scup.

Walk our four acres of nature trails to the river or hang out on the Cotuit Town Dock and watch the activities of all these boaters.

Cotuit beaches and the town dock are only a mile's walk along quiet, shaded sidewalks fronting great old houses and gardens.

Visit our Crocker Neck Conservation Area for wonderful views of the water and marshes.
